Skylar Spence Ruggiero is the Director of Design at 84 Agency and is currently based in her hometown of Cumberland, Maryland.

With a BFA in graphic design from West Virginia University, she draws on her background in painting and illustration to enrich her creative process, infusing each project with heart and a distinct artistic vision.
